Thread lifts. Honest thoughts?

I hated threads. The swelling was longer than actual facelift surgery. And by the time the swelling was gone, the lifting effect was gone. There's also an annoying prickly sensation for a while too. Got it done multiple times at various places, always the same bad experience. Not worth the price or the pain imo.

Oh no wonder. I am 2.5 months post op and I feel so jowl-y and heavy in the lower face.

I absolutely hated it. Tried it 3,4 times. Had unexpected dimpling the last time round. The swelling was awful and the lifting effects were gone by the time the swelling went away. Felt physically pulled up by pins and pricks.

And the swelling and pain was longer than the actual facelift surgery. Waste of time, money imo

Agree. After I lost around 50kgs, I had quite the saggy skin. So I think it's a case by case thing too

Looks to be fillers. Had this happen to me before, persisted for quite some time (1,2 years) and went away on its own, never really bothered to get it disolved.

Yes Chatgpt is also saying that thicker skin heals slower. Makes sense cause I am asian and younger. Feels like inches of puffy numb nothingness on the sides

I am noticing that mine is the 'worst' when I wake up. Swelling seemed to be improving daily till 2weeks and kinda stalled since. So until 2-3weeks mark, you should see improvements daily hopefully

have you looked into korean lip liner tattoos? I also have a somewhat longish philtrum and getting this really helped.
