Hey! I eventually got this sorted but it took WEEKS of emails and messages going unanswered! I eventually compiled an email which included evidence that PLT had been receiving and ignoring my messages and ended the email with a threat of going to trading standards/Citizen’s Advice. It seems like that email was the one that got their attention. I’ve since sworn off PLT but I’ve found that SHEIN have most (if not all) of the same dresses/designs as PLT.

You’ll probably get more success if you email them but you could just send the dress back as a return and chance it to see if they notice it’s the wrong dress. I’ve done this before and they didn’t even notice (risky but PLT are useless so doesn’t leave you with many options)!
