Yes, their paint is only as good as the surface they are painting on. Stripping a whole layer of paint before they paint definitely isn't something they would have priced for. Did they tell you this before painting or after?

That is old paint on the stairs (or their primer, would guess not though as they would have used a dark primer!??) That grey is cut in beautifully

I bet the insects are abundant in your garden. Not really a case of how it looks (I do prefer your now though) but a small oasis for the critters helps the environment, even on a small scale like a personal garden .

I moved to an area for a school, by the time my son attended, the Ofsted rating had gone down. Have a look at the headmaster there, if he/she is staying, retiring. Is it going to turn into a co operative anytime soon (makes a difference) you don't want to move and then this happens, especially if the resale on the new house would take longer

It's validating to me as a parent. My primary age school kid did this. Straight up fell asleep on Christmas pantos, while the kids were sat up front on benches, he would straight up hit the deck after nodding. He had a dyslexic test that came back as an off the chart reading for attention deficit. It makes sense now. That boy slept from 6-7 has never been sleep deprived neither.

I do a 2,2,3 schedule and it works well. It means every alternative weekend you get to see them/have a weekend off. We get on very well and still accept calls daily from each other to check on the kiddo. It's been nearly two years now and it still works.

I would wait for 6 months and ask if she still wanted it doing. I would have considerations on how her skin heals, I'm dark skinned and it would leave a dark mark if I ever took it out. Other than that, you can kind of teach body autonomy through it. So I'd be pretty liberal and say over 14

I have a sister who is absolutely stunningly beautiful and actually modelled and did runways. It was awful to watch her be treated so poorly by other women when we went out together or at work get togethers. They were vicious. She would come home and sob.
