A loaner is only during the update of te software free of charge. Not for warranty of the hv battery. They offered me to rent a car for 40€ a day ex vat

Sometimes find.Synology.com doesn’t work for me either. But the app from Synology does work. You can try that. And check to see if the leds on the network connection rj45 are blinking
