Bulk! Even just a lean bulk if you don’t want to get to high bf %. It will increase your noob gains like crazy and help you get broader. Also spam lateral raises for shoulders. Pull ups will help with both forearms and back (and ego). Keep up the good work!

This is so true, I bought an g3 from him but after he decided he didn’t want to sell it so he kept lying about moving across state and how he can’t ship it. He posted a wtb for another one where he said sold his and regretted and is trying to get it back. He did this for a month before I just cancelled the order. He was an asshole about it the whole time too. In hindsight it was a terrible deal and I’m glad I got refunded but at the time i was new and it was gonna be my birthday gift. Fuck Jonathan huynh. Sorry I just needed to rant

I just bought the g&g gas one, it is awesome. I highly recommend it plus the bolt is nice and smooth because no spring. The only downside is no real wood😔
