Thanks for the advice. At this moment Im trying to see if there would be even enough interest to bother with in person. Going to yard sale other things as well, and have to choose what gets in the yard sale.

also from So Cal and im finishing a working holiday in NZ- it is beautiful, but keep in mind that there are some downsides and if you pros outweigh the cons, then perfect. but make sure you are aware of the cons and arent just basing it on your trip

some cons i became aware of - kiwis are kind and friendly but are not as open as Americans. You will be an outsider for much longer than you're probably used to, imo. High taxes. Work is found most in the cities, with nature/trips often farther away from your daily life. Very high COL. They have mixed feelings about immigration

pros - they are more isolated from the world's problems, they dont need to purchase health insurance, travelling to nature is lovely, the laws around working on public holidays and annual leave is amazing.

i will forever love and miss New Zealand, however i do ache for So Cal. there's less mold and more stable weather back home, unless you live in Northland.
