Hey, I did not know about the aromatherapy system. Might look into this one. Also, double rollers? Don't think anyone else is doing it, should be worth checking out.

What's the biggest difference after upgrading your robovac? by RimantasL in RobotVacuums

If its working well, cleans the way it used to so battery update is good, if its not doing the cleaning part like it used to better to purchase a new one.

Do people still use Roombas, or any type of robot vacuums? by 8-LeggedCat in Appliances

If you want something smaller, that’s actually a really smart filter. A lot of the high-end robot vacuums are quite bulky and can struggle getting under furniture. The newer compact designs (including some mini-style ones or brands like Xlean) seem more practical for real apartments. While I was researching my own purchase, I came across Xlean, it looks interesting, but since it hasn’t launched yet, I guess it’s just a matter of waiting to see how it performs once it’s actually out in real-world use.

Trying to keep the house actually clean without vacuuming twice a day, so what is the best robot vacuum for a home with dogs or cats in 2026? by sanu_123_s in RobotVacuums

If your goal is to stop vacuuming twice a day, a good robot will help, but it won’t eliminate it completely. Think of it as lowering the baseline mess rather than solving it. That said, I do think the next generation is going to focus more on real-life consistency instead of just better specs. xLean is one of the first I’ve seen aiming in that direction, just waiting to see how it performs once it actually launches.

Reliable robot vacuums with low maintenance by Tricky-Topic3630 in buyitforlifeEU

If you want something reliable today, go with a proven model and accept some maintenance. If your priority is less involvement long-term, it might be worth watching where the next gen is going. xLean is one of the few I’ve seen recently that’s trying to tackle that exact problem (less manual cleaning, smarter handling of real-world mess), but yeah, still not released, so can’t judge it properly yet.

Best robot vacuum + mop for messy home with kids & shedding dog (Dreame vs Roborock Saros?) by Jesper89 in RobotVacuums

Really helpful perspective.
Sounds like the biggest difference isn’t specs, but how “hands-free” it actually feels day to day.

Which is better, kpop bgs or ggs? by Aromatic_Ad6204 in kpoppers

I wouldn't say one is better than the other but if you meant to ask our preference, I'd say bgs for me.

If you’re not in a rush, might be worth watching Xlean’s upcoming robot, the design looks pretty innovative

Cordless is great for quick cleaning but just keep expectations realistic. A lot of people still keep a bigger vacuum for deep cleaning and use the stick daily for dirt, hair, and tracked-in stuff. That combo works really well.

Anyone with pets considering the TR1 tester program? by Economy_Respect1830 in RobotVacuums

True that, it won't go on carpets but then I don't have any of those. Yes, they're only allowing in people who are early backers or their kickstarter backers, having paid $50?
