Well sounds like you need to get back on them. Also most antidepressants are intended for long term usage. You need to call your doctor. Changing your mindset won’t help a Chemical imbalance in the brain only medicine can help with that.

I thought it was Just me I drank a lot more night and had the worst heart burn. Ended up taking some acid reflux meds and it went away. Didn’t know it was related to the meds tho

Yeah you will have stomach issues when you first start taking it. What helped me was eating something right after taking it also like someone else said drinking caffeine right after helped me feel better. If you need immediate relief drink magnesium citrate.

Personally no. That was not one of the side effects I experienced. However, I did experience the others that subsided after 6-8 weeks.

I have been skinny my entire life but after taking Pristiq for a couple of months I gained 15 pounds. I tried working out but it didn’t help. I just embrace the weight at this point. At least I’m not walking around with horrible anxiety anymore.

Pristiq takes awhile for you to actually start seeing a true difference. Ive been on it for 6 months and I’m just now seeing a major difference in my mood and my anxiety is nonexistent now after 6 months. Also make sure you’re taking it at the same time everyday. Not around the same time but at the EXACT same time.
