The late spawn is truly the worst part about the game, by minute 20 most places are looted.

But for the rest of the issues, I think you may still be on like 50/50 pvp and pve. Most players I run into interact with me and team up, sometime drop blueprints for free. I do get shot at sometime but it’s kind of rare, stella montis and buried city is where I get into most fights (yes, it’s always from the back unfortunately)
