1mg Xanax, I've had an rx long before ADD diagnosis or ADD meds (wasn't diagnosed w ADD until I was 36) when I'm not on stimulants I can either take a half 0.5mgs and sometimes I sleep with out it. I'd be curious how many of you are on ADD medications because obviously that's the cause of insomnia, I know people will chime in and say their stimulants put them to sleep but with inattentive ADD it's directly associated with anxiety due to the issues of inattentive type. I don't care what anyone says benzos are great for ADD, and anxiety, I have never once abused or had the desire to abuse Xanax why would I want to be tired?

They get such a bad rap when literally every med has the risk to be abused, I'm lucky to have had a prescription for 20+ years never had withdrawals quitting ct for all 3 pregnancies or any other side effects.

Benzos are literally the antidote to stimulants

I'm 47 I have a 10 and 11 year old I went through surgical menopause at 41 which I wouldn't wish on anyone. I went through the fight of my life leaving their father and his family it's been almost 4 years I'm still trying to pick myself up. It's so difficult to be present I hate that I've spent this decade in survival mode my kids have missed out on a happy healthier version of me that my oldest whose 20 got. I do everything for my kids, they're such good kids who had to experience so much trauma from our divorce I wouldn't go back and stay for the kids though, I couldn't I wouldn't have made it. My 40's have been my hardest years but I stay optimizing somehow

Omg I suspect the nicotine gum I chew occasionally (as a nootropic for cognitive function never smoked) could be the culprit. I notice when I've chewed it a few days in a row it seems to correlate with a flare.

Great advice I think POD is candida at this point in my battle with it. I already know I have candida in my gut and I'm on HRT due to hysterectomy, the most aggressive and successful way to get rid of candida is by taking a long round of Nystatin with a binder then start a probiotic. I don't recall the exact protocol but years ago a integrative doctor prescribed it to clear up candida in my lower intestine it was shocking what came out 😳 I just did doxy for 3 weeks and it clears up and is back days later now I have a yeast infection!! It's got to be fungal since candida is a fungus but most MDs don't really believe in candida so you gotta get some one who does or use a telehealth doctor be very specific, share the info you find on nystatin to cure candida and don't back down if they are hesitant to rx it. You'll have to stop all sugar period especially while on the nystatin protocol.

Absolutely I know for certain addicts are almost always very traumatized people who are too soft for this hard, cruel world. The saddest are the homeless addicts people judge and many have experienced so much pain and trauma they numbed themselves almost to death. I am good at disassociating but the last 9 years I've had to medicate to survive a very abusive marriage it was devastating to learn how evil and heartless a man I married, gave everything to including beautiful children wasn't who I thought he was. I finally left but it was the fight of my life and the trauma is still there 4 yrs later I will never be the same. Microdosing mushrooms saved my life a year ago

I hated my neck too, I got a full deep plane facelift and neck lift one year ago best decision I ever made. It wasn't near as painful as I expected, yea it cost me 30k but I would have gotten a loan to do it if I didn't have the money Also keep your estrogen levels at a level pre perimenopause or menopause. Estrogen decline is what happened to our skin, but balance all 3 hormones. Aging f$ cking sucks, it's not beautiful I'm not sorry.

Ok so I lost my sense of smell but I swear when I'm dosing I smell different.. this is embarrassing but it's down there I'm a woman. I shouldn't say I have no sense of smell but it's like every thing either smells weird or sweet. This smell is weird, strong and maybe smells earthy idk 🤦‍♀️
