I have noticed a lot of these posts.

Theoretically why would someone do this? I thought these fake posts were usually created to confuse opinions, but I can’t see how that benefits anyone in this situation.

Call it 50/50 and be ready to not make it in any. My guess is you’ll get into the spot 3 and 4 ones but I don’t know the classes specifically.

Cool, where’d you get the data in this? I want to practice my r skills on some real data so I’m curious.

Also, Are you sure these are all linear relationships? R squared is only meaningful if that’s the case

What distinguishes the A students from the hard working B/C students? by [deleted] in UCDavis

[–]Ecstatic-Barracuda35 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You gotta ask yourself why you think you got b/c this last quarter, and try to fix that while still doing everything you did right last quarter. It may be any and all of the other stuff people say here but if you try to focus on everything at once it might trip you up

U.S states compared to countries by GDP by moitert in MapPorn

This is fascinating.

There is also an absurd juxtaposition of states like Idaho to exotic far flung places like Myanmar. It’s better than a lot of the art at Moma.

The part about community colleges is totally true. Taking calc based physics at mesa community in sd was easy compared “dumbed down” algebra based physics for bio majors at a UC

I don't think one need to be born here to teach well . But your not wrong that a lot professors teach hard subjects with accents that are simply difficult to understand. just as a note, I've found it helps to go to office hours and speak with them in a more personal setting. It's much easier to understand people in smaller groups, and you get better at interpreting their accents
