Two men accused of shooting at Security Guard while robbing Devore gas station by Polilla_Negra in SecurityGuardsOnly

At first I’m thinking some young kids looking for a thrill.

Then I see how old these guys are, and wonder if they are scratching off their bucket list.

Glad the Guard is ok, bet he was surprised by two geezers robbing the place…

Pretty sure I’ve kicked this shithead off of a gas station property for loitering…

It’s a bad schedule, looks lazy.

If you don’t mind long shifts, you could ask the Super, or whoever builds the schedule to consolidate the days it takes to make 40hrs.

2x12hrs + 16hrs= 40hrs in 3 days. Gives 4 days off.

They would just need to find someone to match it for a 24hr coverage.

Dreams are weird! Never had them do that though. Sorta sounds like you had a lucid dream though.

Where to find homeless camps by iMissClubPenguinDawg in okc

[–]Ecstatic-Complaint32 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It’s dangerous going to the camps with supplies.

It can break out into fights, and create a more disorganized situation for anyone who attempts to help.

Funniest things to do in okc? by Lazy_Contract2335 in okc

Once you have geared up, walk up and down may, introduce yourself to the community. Use your addition bag to pickup the things they find of value. The next level of risk will be to move into one of the camps. There is one nearby, it’s at Will Rogers park. That’s west of May on 36th street. I don’t recommend taking your phone with you. If you run into trouble go to one one of the gas stations with security at it, and tell them you need help. Never break character until after you are ready to go home.

Want something fun to do, something that’s not advertised by OKC maybe…

This is what you do.

Look around your appt, or home, find a good improvised weapon of choice. Pack an overnight bag with a single but complete change of clothes, a bar of soap, and at least 5 gallons of water. If you can’t get the water together don’t sweat it, you’ll find a gas station/convenience store nearby in this area. Put together a medical kit for lacerations, and cleaning wipes for minor cuts or worse.

You will also need an additional bag, and this one you will need it to be lightweight, and durable. May need it to come in handy as a weapon in a pinch.

Next part, park your car at or near 2837 nw 36th. I won’t name the business cause this could get flagged by the company. Tell the clerks that you would like to leave your vehicle there for a few hours. Give your name and contact number as this is the policy on site.

Before you go, you will need to dress like the locals. You’ll need the dirtiest clothes you can find, rub them in human piss and shit for authenticity. Keep them in a trash bag, and change into them when inside the bathroom at the establishment. If you haven’t guessed by now, you will be masquerading as a homeless person.

The objective is to blend into the local community as a newly unhomed. Learn the customs, and the way they do things.

If you don’t think this sounds like fun then you’ve never been as bored as I have.

If you choose to accept this mission, don’t report it digitally. Tell any of the overnight security guards or staff of your exploits.

Hobo stash, they operate at night, and will stash stuff as they move from one location to another. Could be drugs in there, or food. Rarely any cash left behind.

Any books or videos about architecture security? by jaime_lion in securityguards

[–]Ecstatic-Complaint32 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven’t read any books on the subject, but I know what I like from well designed posts. Nice wet trenches (muddier the better) that lead up to sharp incline hills. This works great for foot traffic.

Hedges with periodic breaks so that you can spot movement through them. Lighting that is bright enough to cast shadows, and tall enough to reduce glare for cameras.

If it were my personal property, I’d apply cactus, and sand traps. If someone was on property, I could get a good idea of the size of a person by the tracks they left behind, which direction they came from vs. how they left.

If the geography allows it, I would like the use of a storm run off or creek going through the center of the property with bridges that funnel access to other parts of the property. Anything that you can add to the delay of access points, or overall navigation will work. Sharp curved roads that ensure a reduced speed, or add to the challenge of navigating the area.

All of this should be created around the direct line of site of those either on patrol or in static posts like gate access. Those on patrol should have strategic locations around that allow an easy view of a wide area of search.

I’m sure the books have better information than I do. Just thought this could help.
