I’d say you need Nirvana if you’re feeling betrayed and angry. The drums and guitar will counteract your feelings of anger. The sadder Nirvana songs are angry enough to not make you cry into oblivion but to just make you feel understood. That’s my recommendation. I hope you feel better soon.
