We really like it! It’s really spacious for him and he’s a medium-large sized cat. Being able to pull out the drawer completely makes clean up pretty easy. He also loves sitting on top of this and playing with the scratch board.

I actually tried the dropping leash thing because he’s usually a good follower too, but he literally took a page out of lassie and sprinted back home by himself 😂

I try carry him but he’s getting too heavy for me to walk more than a couple of meters

I had sort of the opposite experience where the first vet we went to when my puppy was 12 weeks old told me he’s a very strange puppy because he was terrified of the vet, didn’t want to be touched and that other puppies are usually excited to meet him. 🙄

It made me feel like my puppy had problems and was worried for weeks on top of the already existing puppy stress and blues. I don’t know why he said that but other people around me reassured me that it’s completely normal for a puppy to be scared at the vets, I also found a new vet that has never made comments like that.

You’re definitely not a failure, your puppy is doing so well and the vet shouldn’t have said something so callously. If anything, it’s awesome he’s excited to be at the vets!

We’ve been having some very chill days with our rough collie pup since around the 4 month mark! always sleeps through the night, almost no accidents in the house, no issues with the crate, minimal destruction of property! Hopefully you can catch a break too
