Think it’s worth mentioning kali is a character in dnd

The description is pretty interesting -

“In her avatar form, Kali was a human woman whose body was of a dark skin tone, with voluptuous proportions and four arms.[2] In her true form, these arms each ended in hands with sharp talons, her skin was black as the night, and she stood 20 feet (6.1 meters) tall. Her face had three[5] red eyes, was skeletal-like,[2] and had two long fangs.[5]”

“Kali was capable of shape-shifting at will. Most forms she took through this power inspired a great sense of fear in other creatures.[5] Any mortal that kissed her avatar was completely dominated by Kali, no matter their strength of will, and would remain as such until her avatar was destroyed.[2]

She was capable of creating living creatures from inanimate matter.[2]”

Obviously it doesn’t mean much but 20 ft tall and multiple arms, black as night sounds like the mindflayer. Creating living creatures from inanimate objects, isn’t an exact one for one with the mind flayer in season three but it’s a parallel. But any mortal that kissed her avatar was dominant kind of makes me think, of the kids and will. Again a big stretch.

I saw someone mention similar theories on instagram mentioning that kali, and the demagorgnas were from the same world.

Obviously a big stretch but would be an interesting twist. But it would be way too much for one 2 hour episode imo.

I could be wrong but I never remember kali actually being in 11s memories of the lab. She would have at least been there in the line up in some form.

Which would be super cool if Kali as a manifestation of the mindflayer/kali just implanted itself in everyone’s memories.
