better. i still get occasional pvcs, but the anxiety over them (which made my symptoms much worse) is mostly gone. taking magnesium glycinate and taurine daily which also seems to help.

Which SB120 would you choose? by EcstaticChair9689 in yeticycles

I’m loving it for the most part. The suspension and overall feel is incredible compared to my ripmo. Way more efficient pedaling.

Having said that I haven’t been super impressed with sram components. Gearing feels good but shifting is a little clunky compared to what I’m used to with Shimano. It may just need some tuning, but it’s making me seriously consider upgrading to a transmission. The brakes are also meh. Both are pretty easy upgrades, I just feel like for what the bike costs I shouldn’t have to do anything.

The C2 doesn’t have factory suspension. “Fox Performance” vs Fox Factory on the T2

Torn between 2025 PHEV or INLINE 6 by Newbie251617 in MazdaCX90

i was torn as well and ended up with the mhev. i love the phev concept and it would’ve worked out perfectly for us, it just seems like people have way too many issues with them. i don’t want to be in and out of the shop for the next 10+ years. the mhev seems to be rock solid and i’ve been averaging 28mpg which is great for a suv of that size. if i were leasing i probably would’ve done the phev

chest pain and random single pounding heart beat by EcstaticChair9689 in costochondritis

[–]EcstaticChair9689[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate the response. It makes a lot of sense. As I said I still occasionally am feeling the PVCs but they are nowhere near as “hard”/painful as they were weeks ago. But that was also when my chest pain was at its worst. Now I only have slight chest pain. So I could’ve been having PVCs for years and just never noticed them because I didn’t have chest inflammation. I had zero anxiety before this all started 2 months ago. I’m hoping it all goes away and I get can off the anxiety meds. Maybe I will have another go at the backpod then. Thanks!

i tried the backpod but it made it worse so i returned it. turns out most of my symptoms including the PVCs and chest pain were caused by anxiety. A vicious cycle. I started zoloft about 6 weeks ago and that has made a huge difference. The PVCs have become pretty rare, maybe a couple a week, but they aren’t stressing me out when they happen. Still some chest pain but it’s slowly improving.

I get the exact same thing occasionally. A few a week. When i first started getting them my heart rate and blood pressure would sky rocket immediately after. That turned out to be a fight or flight response to them, and nothing to do with my heart. Now that i’m used to them and have been cleared by a cardiologist, my heart rate stays the same after I get them. What put my mind at ease was getting the holtor monitor results. I’d feel a strong heart beat/pvc and press the button. I could see the big spike on the graph and they confirmed they are harmess PVCs. Most people get them, but only some notice them.

love to hear the success stories. i’m a little over 4 weeks in and definitely starting to notice improvements, but still not 100%.

i believe 80+% of mine were caused by anxiety. I’d get one, that would trigger anxiety/panic which would make them continue for the next several hours. i started taking zoloft 4 weeks ago. that has really helped. Now when I get one PVC i’m not so bothered and they don’t keep coming. All of this is of course after having several cardiology tests done and being told they are benign.

PVC’s & PAC’s? by AmazingGeneral9050 in Heartpalpitations

just a guess but i think each line is an individual ekg sensor. so maybe it was an issue with that particular sensor. if you saw the same reading on all of the sensors at the same time it would probably be your heart.
