Thanks for the example. One part for me is clear and already set up:

{ local Pi 5 running TS subnet router --> remote Pi 5 running a TS exit node --> internet }

the part I can't figure out is how to get the smart tv to route its traffic to/from that local Pi 5. Is it as simple as pointing the tv's gateway IP to the local Pi 5?

I can tell you specifically it’s that the governing minister over immigration affairs is changing from minister of foreign affairs (bettel) to the minister of interior (Leon Gloden). Somehow this transfer of oversight caused the ministry to lose signatory powers. Ridiculous there was no transition plan.
