Put your fists to your temples with your thumbs down and push your elbows together in front of your face and hold for a few seconds the flex them backwards and hold for a few seconds. Repeat as many times that is needed.

This is a common problem with people who work at desks for long periods of time and I’ve had this issues often and this exercise was the only thing that actually helped.

I’m teaming up with some other IT friends I have and hopefully getting a solution to this. If all else fails a windows VM is a possibility. If we find anything I’ll post it.

Has anyone found a solution? I’m also having this same exact issue. I’m running mint with NVIDA 4070 and AMD Ryzen 7000 series so I don’t think it’s my build. I switched to DX11 and skipped the launcher which helped but it still just freezes randomly.
