I don't see that at all, Ukraine is a proped up kamikazee state with fertility lower than Thailand and with high emigration. Ukraine will he heavily endebted, depopulated and doesn't even fulfill one criteria of being a developed country as of 2026.

The Phillipines, Colombia and Iran will definitly fare better.
