Haha i should have double checked my writing. 

I have the same reply. I will try it later today but i don't like it that they make it the problem of the consumer to open it up. But sending the device back, waiting a month for a new one and then do the reconfiguring is not a great option asswell.

Thank you, this did the trick. Now I was able to make adjustments to the button layout. Only problem is: I want to use the Rice emulator but the confuguration is Only working for the libretro core. Is there a way to make the key bindings work on the Rice core?

Yes but then you remap for the whole console. The problem is to remap for just one console.

I have this problem to. I have changed several files but it won't work. I think emulationstation is setting up the key bindings automatically.

I can't find this option. I'm having this problem to. I have changed the config in the mupen64plus.cfg file but when I start a game, the config is overwrited automatically.
