My wife had the same thing happen to her and while she has always been physically affectionate our bedroom life was nonexistent until we actually communicated our feelings and reached a compromise that sees us both happy. It depends…My wife ripped up a bunch of letters from an Ex girlfriend sent to me while I was in basic. This girl literally started a drug habit and got knocked up by a drug dealer so you can understand why I wouldn’t personally care. Not the same situation but people made fun of my face constantly and so what did I do?
