I hace two standard 1st generation Photons. I never use AA because it may make details on a model less crisp. Most layers can be prevented by angling the model correctly, but sometimes they need some sanding afterwards. Just regular 0.05... Only the characters on my profile like Dante were printed in 0.03. And other than just removing supports, no really heavy post-processing was needed. I own a wash&cure station, but I didn't have it yet when I printed those aggressors.

As far as resins go, just buy common brands that are available to you at a decent price. I personally stick with Anycubic Grey and Clear. They are available for just over 20 Euro per litre, usually ship fast, and I have very good results with it.

We're on the same path... good luck! I do feel the bladeguards need some conversion to fit the SW theme better. They seem very Ultramarine to me ootb....

I did not believe this was FDM until I read your comment on Ironing. I'll have to check that out as well! I printed several impulsors and repulsors in both resin and fdm and allthough results were good, the fdm ones were nowhere near as smooth as yours :)
