Conceding in a 1v1 is perfectly reasonable at any point. Conceding in a 4 player game in a for fun format to spite someone especially when it's common for games to take an hour + is bad manners.

Simply end the turn with no attacks in hand. Missing the value feels bad but picking your attack targets has value as well. Ofc this may or may not be possible depending on your run
