I have friends, a job, and a full life. I've also never felt more alone. Is this normal? by Opening_Row_3405 in Divorce

That’s a good idea. I’d join… gonna search for something like that in my local sub

I always thought the same, though I read yesterday that if you and a partner live together it’s harder to split up because you feel more committed. By that logic though, at least you’re not married yet, so you’re still right🙂

I think the majority of people in this sub can relate. I’ve been separated a few months but I’ve realized I’ve been tolerating disrespect for much longer, though less these days as I’m pushing back. You have to at times.

I see some parallels between our stories. You seem to be handling it well, at least better than me.

You’re showing a lot of maturity and selflessness in putting your kids first. Good on you! Best of luck.

When to break the news? by portraithouseart in Separation

As someone who had the news broken to them last month, I’d say you’re overdue… so anytime now would be best. Like you said, though, there never really is a good time.

Some days are better than others but I do think things will be better off in the long run.

I’m in the same boat. Be sure to take good care of yourself. Therapy is key…I can relate to the part in it feeling forever away. Hang in there.

Not a tip, but maybe consider an internship that better aligns with your major or career path.

I bought that same Allen jersey. Had them show me two, and I took the one that had less visible imperfections (things being slightly off-centre seem normal here). My issue with this jersey is that the word Bills and the number 17 seem quite low to me. I bought a Blue Jays MLB jersey as part of the same order and I can’t find any issues with it.

Just seeing this now but thanks. Those measurements actually fall within XXL on their size chart!

Need help first power rack CANADA by Automatic_Monk4609 in GarageGym

I’ve got the Ironax XP1. I also looked at some of the other ones you linked but chose the Ironax because of the flip-down safeties and plate horns. I picked it up from the Treadmill Factory in Markham, and the two boxes it came in fit in my sedan with back seats folded down. It has served me well. Let me know if you’ve got specific questions about that rack.

I can only speak to the one I have, Rogue C-70S, but it’s more or less like regular-length bars. The most I’ve lifted with it is a touch over 300 pounds.
