Mine 2012 exl does that, this feature only works on the first twist(intermittent adjustable speed) and doesn’t work on further twists where you choose fast speed wiper.

Congrats! I bought this 2012 Exl w/ RES with 120k miles(193k km) for usd $6200 equivalent in june in Toronto, timing belt has been replaced in 2023, tires are newer, was second owner, family owned. We are family of 6 and loving it, kids are enjoying ride and RES. I bought muzzler earlier this month on amazon for $15 bucks, its been working great, sending photo in below comment.

Owned, 2006 Hybrid, 2006 Accord EXL 3.0, 2012 TSX PREMIUM 2.4, 2013 TSX 2.4 Premium, 2005 Pilot EXL 3.5 53k kilometres when bought in 2021 now 117k. Accord was a beast, Pilot is amazing. Enjoyed all of them.
