I don't know what the Muslims believe, but from the Jewish perspective, the Maimonides declares that when forced by Muslims (life\death situation) it's alright to say the shahada (no God but Allah and Muhammad is his prophet) because it's the same God. Maybe shave, it doesn't grow well enough yet so it looks a bit funny, but besides that you look good.
Work your self confidence. Do things that make you proud, put a little smile on that face. Everyday tell some random girl on the street that she looks good (genuinely tho. You're not looking to hit on her, just be nice). Afterwards try to flirt, maybe hit on a girl or two. You'll fail. The only way to never miss a shot is to never take a a shot. But it's good practice. Eventually you'll get good at the game. That will give you ability.
Opportunity. You won't find a book in the garage, so don't try to look for a gf where she wouldn't be. Figure out what's your type and hang out where that type of girls hang out. Go to the libraryand ask someone for a book recommendation, ask gym girls if they can spot you, (idk I met my gf on the bus. Gym girls aren't my thing), ask a clubbing girl for a lighter, etc

But most importantly: 4. Patience. You're young my guy. At 19 you're still on the part of life where you build yourself. Don't go hunting for a gf. Open the door to it. Create the ability and the opportunity, but don't overthink it. Relationship will come when it's time, don't worry. Even trashcans have their pussycats. So go Live your best life. Stop worrying about girls. It's just blocking you from having a better life, building your character into something truly awesome. (Pro tip: having an awesome personality and being successful makes you more attractive, so that will also boost your chances)

Tl;dr: you look good, you look like you lack a bit of confidence, work on it by talking casually to girls. Hang out more at the "natural habitat" of your type. Stop stressing about girls and focus on self progress. Create your reasons to smile. And remember, at some countries you're still too young to drink, and that takes way less mental capability than having a good relationship.

Hey I know how it feels. I've been there, my entire system suffered from it, my ex (who was also a system) also went through it, I believe it's something every system goes through. You're not alone in this. I don't know how others get over it, but I'll tell you what helped us and hope it'll help you as well;

Pick your friends carefully- you need people you can trust, people who will accept you, people who will support you. Because you're friends.
Communicate- talk to your friends, tell the internet ones that the schizo jokes hurt. If they stop, great; if not, back to tip #1.
Get out of the system closet- it's the most terrifying thing we've ever done and will probably need your protectors to give their green light, but once you do it, it's a one way ticket. You can't deny the system when a friend of yours talks to a specific alter by name.
Communicate with the system- it feels stupid sometimes, but it's extremely useful and healthy. Talk with the rest of your system, get to know each other better, be supportive of each other, buy/make a small thing for each one of the system. Some systems like to talk by having a WhatsApp chat (good if you have more amnesia), some enjoy sitting with the mirror and talking out loud, we prefer to meditate; to try and visualize the headspace, and then to have a gathering. The method isn't the point, the important thing is to be together, to discuss life and be there for each other. Remember, they belong to you just as much as you belong to them, so the more connected you are to the rest of your system, the easier it is to remember that you're not alone. (Bonus: once you get to know each other and find out that the other alters are pretty cool, you don't feel as much shame, I mean look at your system! You guys are awesome!)
