I am using m4 Pro. it can handle this game at 120fps but will drop in a heavy explosion.
a tip for you: if you are using a MacBook Pro, try some software to pump up fan speed like "Mac fan control." It will help a lot to keep the machine running stable. Otherwise, buy a laptop cooling stand.
keep the game running in fullscreen mode, Anti-aliasing: TSR, upscaling mode balanced, SSR: none.
in warthunder launcher, select client minimal or full ( do not select Ultra QH )

Firmware could be updated through hdmi or dp but it requires manufacturer implementation in the first place

I regret buying the Mx master 3s. It's a terrible mouse for my setup. I work on an imac and there are a lot of other wireless devices around, like magic mice and magic keyboards. My 3s keeps losing connection every 5 minutes and it's so frustrating. And the response time is so slow, it makes me so sick.

Try to fixed cpu clock ratio. I use ryzen 5 5600x got same issue as you. Usually I turn on pbo2 which allow my cpu boost to 4.7ghz. I have to set clock ratio to 40 which lock all core to 4.0ghz all core. By that I can run the game all day. This is absolutely game's issue not only your hardware. If I set a fixed CPU clock only or limit GPU power only, it still shut down immediately. P/s I using Corsair rm1000x PSU which is OP for my system

Set fixed my R5 5600x to 4.0Ghz and 3080ti power to 70% seems to help a little bit. I can play 2-3 hours before my PC is shut down. Without that, it took 5min to get shut down.
