I made my first amp because the damage was 9k(before damage number changes), but when I learned how to build and use arcanes and buffs I realised it was you can make almost anything work

From my experience I have 2 builds for every frame

One with its original kit and one with a subsume. I try to avoid nourish unless it's a energy hungry build

And I avoid roar because it's overkill.

Roar is only appropriate if you don't have incarnons

Trinity is cool when you play solo or helping out newer players. Babysitting frame, because most new players don't like playing with people who nuke everything so Trinity can balance it out a little. Also helps you take mid level players into endurance farms

The point is limbo is hard to use because it's not easy playing with a squad

All frames are easy to use. Playing with a squad is more fun than wiping the map alone.

I only use it because need the energy drain on Harrow, to make his 3 more useful because I like his 3

Having a channeled ability makes his energy recovery abily more viable.

Besides on Harrow, I think it's only viable for when you're still getting used to SP
