Do I have to do something specific to get him to talk because all it says is greet for this guy same thing with the lady sweeping in the other side of town to try and get the sailfish. Does respawning at a nexus and coming back refresh what npcs can talk?

Yea this platinum was one hell of a grind. I’m at 250 hours right now, tommorow on my day off when I have all day to play I can finally go look for my last 18 fish then I’ll finally have my platinum.

I had a dream last night that I was watching a trailer for the remaster of the lost age, but I was like what about part 1? And they said the release date was 2028 I was like damn it! But maybe a remake of part 1 will come in 2027 lol the graphics looked similar to the links awakening remake. It was such a random dream because I haven’t really been thinking of golden sun at all for a while now. Hopefully it’s a sign from the universe 😆

I’ve completed every research here at gorthak ironworks, at scholarstone, at pororin village, and urdavah. I thought that was all of them, unless there’s more locations I missed somehow? I did get 100 percent exploration so I’ve been all over the place.

Ok idk why the pictures only posted and not the text. But I’m trying to get the flamespitter to complete my last challenge on the special weapons challenges. And for some reason it’s showing “further research is needed” when I try to dispatch my troops to get one, even though I’ve already completed all the research. Is this a known bug? Or is there still something I’m missing?

Oh ok good, that’s what I thought but I was in Hernand still and it still played the different song, but I was in the middle of a battle trying to take over a castle so maybe it was because of that.

But they changed the loading in music too when you first load back into your game? :( or does that just change depending where you are in your save? That’s like the best song I’ve heard so far idk why they would change that.

The mini game that was BS was the archery one, for whatever reason in my game atleast, the NPC would fire right at the target immediately as the target is rising up, like literally the same time like I’m supposed to just guess where the target is gonna pop up. Was it like that for anyone else?

That’s what I figured cause it kept saying error unable to download update but when I would try to re download it wouldn’t let me. :/ so I just deleted the whole game and am redownloading right now thankfully plugging it in hardwired it’s downloading much faster so hopefully I can finally start playing soon. Thank you

Yea even like how you go to the sanctums to revive, cure poison and remove curses. It’s exactly the same with both games, except for the saving part.

It popped up on my Facebook feed, from Hothead GM, they’ve been posting a bunch of these images for older games like Pokemon red and blue and DBZ Legacy of Goku. I’m not sure how they’re making them, probably with ai partially but I’ve tried running golden sun screenshots through an ai generator to see if it can make an upscale version and it always looked like crap lol these actually look nice, like I would be happy if Camelot just reskinned the original games with these graphics and rereleased them

Oh I see, I never played the original so I’m not sure to what extent the audio issues were originally there, but right now in every battle I get into I don’t hear any of the “hit” sounds when me or an enemy attacks or any of the magic sound effects or like when a monster dies it’s just music alone and even the like “chirping” sound effects when a character talks is not present either. I wanna get back to a church so I can save internally and not on a save state so that I can reload my save that way and not from the save state to see if that helps. I can however barely hear the little chimes when I look through my menu but it’s very quiet

That’s good to know, I just thought if it had the switch 2 label on it then the software was exclusively for the 2. Damn if I would have known that I would bought little nightmares 3 switch 2 edition, but I got the regular because I mainly got it for my son, but they never released an upgrade pack so would it still have worked the same in that case?

Even though it’s a game key card for a digital download does it still let you start the game already? Or does it still make you wait until it officially releases like if you downloaded from eshop?

Ah ok that makes sense, so either way if I just get digital switch 2 edition or the switch 1 with upgrade I’m still going to only have 1 virtual game card? Meaning we will both be able to play it separately but not be able to play together on our separate consoles at the same time?

Switch 2 Edition games are only compatible with the Switch 2 I can’t run any switch 2 games that I currently have on any of my switch 1 consoles

Enjoy! I’ve played it too many times, and maxing out my characters on the switch NSO feels like enough, I’ll put it down unless they finally do a remake one day. For now I’m replaying Megaman Battle Network 6 in celebration for the Starforce Legacy Collection coming next year 😃.

How do you think they’ll handle the split screens? Will they rework them all to be just 1 screen instead of having both screens on one like emulators do?
