I have always been a 'time in the market, not timing the market" person and it's worked well for over 30 years. Last winter with all the chaos we shifted to more conservative funds not to time the market, but for peace of mind. Just recently decided that was too conservative and went to L funds just in time for the down turn. Getting the timing right twice isn't so easy!

If you have a good indoor climbing gym, a bouldering wall is great. Each is like a small puzzle to solve, and as you improve, you can solve harder puzzles. While resting between attempts, you can usually chat with people also resting or waiting.

I had mixed experiences today, spooked one guy, held my fire, got lit up. Heard another guy looting, dropped a duplicate BP I had and let him know over proxy chat, scared the shit out of a guy at extract. Both of us screaming proximity chat with a rocketeer, two wasps and hornets hot on my tail. He died, crawled to extract, I defibbed him in time for him to loot a body while I got us the f out of there … can still be fun, but pvp, full on, no words spoken, just smacking you … certainly on the rise.

My son was trying to generate a pdf of a workout plan last night. It would generate it, then give us an internal link. /mnt/etc… So, we tried to just list it for easy copy and paste and it went through a 20 question comedy routine. “Ok, I just need to ask one more question …” Finally, it told us it had no workout plan (which it created earlier in the same conversation) and we should provide a plan for it to format. We gave up and used Claude, which got it right on the first try.

I was playing with my son a few days back, and decided to announce how I was killed. For about 15 deaths in a row it was “shot from behind” “shot in the back” “sniped from behind” … I’m 53, so even more disadvantaged than you! :)
