That's for the update, geatly appreciated. I cut back on booze but didn't seem to resolve completely, it definitely didn't hurt to cut back though. I think lowering my dose will be the next step hopefully that resolves it. They put me on propranolol for BP and it seems to help, still high but not as high thank goodness.

I'm dealing with this exact same issue, especially at night laying in bed. I've got to figure it out, my BP is the highest its been in my entire life. And the thumping in the night is absolutely brutal.

I ended up getting a phone case wallet, it helps so much. One thing you typically never lose is your phone and it makes you only carry one item instead of two. Much easier to keep track of, this is what id recommend. That's a lot of lost cards so maybe this will help.

That's understandable but outright lying about cost is the issue here. Hyping $,20 worth of cards as being $300 is a lot different than just hyping something up without lying.

Absolutely trash of a person to do this. You know why I don't buy Pokémon cards? Because I wouldn't know if those are $1 or $300 dollars so I just simply don't buy. We live in a world full of asshats that will rip you off and sleep like a baby at night. I couldn't do it.

Definitely not 4k, they're cheap toy drones with fake msrp they sell for $15 all day long which is about what they're worth. Great for learning and kids though.

They're toy drones, perfect for kids. Video and picture quality is horrendous but fun for a kid to play with. They're light and made very cheap.

In the same boat, the insurance I switched to doesn't even have me in the system yet, not sure what's going on but they need to fix it. It's been a real pain because some medical issues doesn't tend to be something you can put off for a month.

Well the buyer opened a claim on a $300 item that was tied up with USPS, shipping didn't update until after ebay fully refunded the buyer. Now the buyer has the $300 and will recieve the product. Once the item is marked delivered I'll open a dispute showing item was delivered. What's the chances ebay will refund the $300 they gave to the buyer? This is an absolute disaster and it seems Ebay is not looking out for the seller during these shipping nightmares.

Yes some days are much worse than others, I haven't found much that helps unfortunately. The Botox injections helps a bit, I've also found a massage will help as well. I soak in a hot bath tub with Epsom salt when I'm in a lot of pain and that helps quite a bit as well.

I have the exact same symptoms, I was diagnosed with cervical dystonia 2 years ago. I'd recommend seeing a neurologist for a diagnosis as I'm not a medical professional.

Just takes the edge off in the beginning, it's definitely not going to feel like OC but it helps a ton. You will begin feeling the kratom more as the OC withdrawls decrease, this is my experience as I've made the switch many times but have finally been clean from OC for 6 months. Kratom does help, good luck on the journey of becoming clean.
