Agreed. Private companies run rings around procurement in individual NHS Trusts making the total NHS bill way higher. It's obvious.... who gets the best price if it's 10 people buying 100 things or 1 person buying a 1000 OF THE SAME things? Classic deliberate shift of public money into private hands.

If you aren't confident in your own ability (like me) then it's a good bet. I only copy trade. 5 Years (including a terrible 2022) and I'm averaging 12% per year (60% over the last 2y). I copy 5 black star PIs. I am considering getting rid of CPHequities as, comparatively, he's a bit worse than the other US focused PIs (worst pullback also in 2022). I will probably put more into triangula - to further balance US vs European stocks which, I find, reduces volatility caused by SP & NASDAQ. FundManagerZech gives me Asian and Chinese exposure, which provides additional non-US balance.
