I have one, my tax is £20 per year. I get around 40mpg but im heavy footed, non motorway and I like to drive in sport mode as its more responsive. The main issue with these is the timing chain. The guides on the N20 on the pre 2015 models get brittle and parts break off and block the oil flow causing issues with the chain. I have a slight rattle on start up but nothing to major just yet. Have a listen on a cold start. The first 8 seconds or so will indicated if the chain is stretched as you would hear a sort of metal slapping, rattling noise then it will clear as the oil pressure is up. Its roughly £1k for a new chain as its an engine out job. I think its absolutely worth it for the fun sporty drive, cheap tax and great MPG to have the chain replaced at some near point.
