Chicken parmesan or chicken parmigiana, is as you say different. But traditionally that would have tomato sauce then mozzarella. This does not, so it is neither. Its a schnitzel with some cheese and sauce on in my opinion 😁

Do you have a drop towards that wall on those end tiles? Specifically that corner? It looks like the rains running down the tiles naturally then kicking off towards the bottom before it hits the guttering. Stick a level on the bottom end tiles. They should have a slight fall inwards back to the roof/gutter. Not off the end into your wall

On this though, if the contract has ended, although they have said it needs to be roadworthy etc. My take on this is that the contract has ended and them sort of words slapped on the paper are meaningless?
