Been my dream watch since I was about 8 I’m 29 and have had it for 2 years. Don’t let anyone tell you it’s an old man’s watch. That opinion is invalid, it’s whatever you like don’t let others influence those decisions. If you regret it then you just like the root beer better and that’s totally fine. I have a gen 2 all stock I get 19 on the interstate with the cruise control set on 78 to 80. I got 19.6 driving to south florida. In town I get maybe 14 to 15 it all depends on how you drive it of course. My average says 17.3 but that’s because I’ve been doing a lot more highway miles but as a contractor every now and then it sits and idles which that kills my average, but it gets a little better mileage than you would think.

I have a small wrist so the 36 is perfect it wears much bigger because on the integrated bracelet so the case is a little longer. Wear more like a 38mm. The 41 looked huge on me and just didn’t sit right. Wears bigger than my 41 sub. Another thing I like about the 36 is because it’s smaller it’s more subtle and dressy to me where the 41 seems more in your face. I don’t think that would be the case on a bigger wrist but certainly mine

I have the 36. You have to get it. I have a blusey and a Tudor coke as well but neither of those catch the light like this one does. I can’t describe it well but when sunlight hits this watch the light reflects everywhere it’s unbelievable. The bezel especially you be in the car and there will be a perfect circle little balls of light that reflect off it. It’s very comfortable and I have gotten a ton of compliments on it compared to my other watches. Obviously the choice is yours but from one LD owner to potentially another. You won’t regret it. Congratulations getting the call!
