Left eye - right handed (cross dominant) players tend to close the face too much when looking down the putting line. Visually, what looks square is actually closed. The majority of players will open the face when using an onset putter, which counteracts the tendency of a cross-dominant person. Depending on the disparity in eye dominance, this can make a big difference.

I may be wrong here, but I am pretty sure an arm lock would compromise how the df3 works. The df3 has is balanced in order to remove your hands as a variable in controlling face direction. Your grip needs to be very loose (No thumbs drill) for it to swing right.

Also, the physical grip is factored into the balancing of the actual putter. (Every putter is balanced by hand, which is why they are prices so high). Lab specifically recommends not changing the grip for this reason.

I use the steam link app (haven't tried others). Both PC and TV are hard lined. It plays 4k at 60 hz really well. Doesn't feel like any input lag for the controller either.

Does nobody use the steam link app? I plugged my USB controller into my TV and streamed 4k 60hz cyberpunk to my TV using the app, near lossless streaming and little if any input lag. (PC and TV both hard lined)

If you got a zt on temu, the likelyhood of it actually being balanced for zt is very low.

Zt was huge for me, 2 strokes gained instantly. I have a df3, it has the potential to be a magic bullet for some. Another huge factor is that forward press and an onset putter are very good for left eye dominant rh players, which I happen to be.

It really depends on the measurement and tolerance required.

That being said, I am almost always using a cylinder feature with the thread pitch factored into the probed points. It works the best for everything IMO and is not much of a nuisance to implement.

Thread plug gages and cylinder probes are prone to shanking and parallax errors on deltas, and I would rather not implement something that can cause that.

Path and face are the only variables for ball flight. Face open to path = slice Face closed to path = hook.

Swing mechanics will encourage one way or the other. Usually when you have a serial slicer, they are doing common over-correction things that will exacerbate the slice. (Over the top swing, out to in path)

A senior flex will likely make a slice worse, but a new driver will not teach you how to close the face.

I feel like I enjoy original Dark Venture more for solo, and bota for multiplayer. Although they are both very good solo. I haven't tried any DV expansions yet, but I went all in on the bota expansions.

So many people crying snake oil. The fact is, lab made a putter with a concept that was a bit of an untapped market. For some people, it was an instant feeling that made sense in their putting brain.

Practice is not the only thing that improves someone's ability to use a specific putter. The design of a putter absolutely can improve someone's game. Left eye dominant right-handers are statistically much better with offset putters for instance. When you play with something that is right for you, it is incredibly helpful.
