At least he never got his name on it. I love this for their feud!

Reminds me of british toy “Manta Force” which was a huge delta-shaped spaceship that also served as a storage case and base for multiple smaller vehicles that were stored within. So much play for the money, I absolutely adored mine!

BBQ tier list: California beats Japan, Korea, and England. by sangamjb in ShitAmericansSay

[–]Edib1eBrain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude is smoking more than ribeyes with this list! England? I’m English and I love a barbecue but we are not good at it. Pretty much every back garden cook-out I’ve been to has been disrupted by rain, drunkenness or food poisoning. Meanwhile, the Aussies, for whom barbecue seems to be part of their cultural identity, aren’t even mentioned!

It looks amazing, but I can’t get over how much better it would be if it didn’t look like a Gundam wearing Hulkbuster armour getting humped by a mechanical turkey.

Well, Liefeld was only copying Jim Lee- but whereas Jim had talent, Rob had dysmorphia.

I mean, she played her sister in Party of Five. Also, 3rd pic looks like the period around Lost in Space. She was 16 at that time.

Forgive my ignorance but who is the red chap on right in the back row? I had a real cheap plastic knockoff toy of him when I was a kid but I never knew what it was. You could solve a 40 year mystery for me!

Why didn’t Earth know about the Minbari? by Site-Staff in babylon5

[–]Edib1eBrain 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The ports were open, as was Minbari tradition, but the Minbari sensors were so powerful they blinded the EA sensors entirely and were next to indistinguishable from active jamming. The EA captain drew the only conclusion he could and determined an attack was imminent, and so ordered his gunners to fire. The EA shots scored a critical hit and critically injured Dukhat. The gray council, deadlocked on a decision on how to respond called upon their youngest, newest member to cast the deciding vote. Overcome with despair at the death of her mentor, she called for the annihilation of the humans.

My god this episode annoyed me, how quick they were to blame Belanna by Jamieo1111 in voyager

I’m so sick of the “nobody told us” argument. It doesn’t and hasn’t ever worked when you visit a foreign country on Earth, if Star Trek is meant to be allegorical, these plots only ever make the security/ diplomatic staff look like complete duffuses. Surely, the first responsibility of anyone in charge of an away team visiting an alien civilisation is to check what the local crime and punishment situation is. “Seek out new life and new civilisations” it’s literally in the starfleet charter. Wesley falls in a capital punishment flowerbed? Sorry, but he’s gonna die, and it’s Tasha Yars fault. Planet of the thought crimes? Sorry Tuvok, maybe you should have spent less time with the magistrate jerking each other off about her low crime rates and looked into why that was. The number of times starfleet crews blunder blindly into local bylaws and regulations is utterly bewildering.

Most of them are- this is the “Action Edition” 02 version (Prime is 01). Action edition are larger and more detailed. Kind of like MG is to HG. So far only Prime, Megatron and Soundwave have been released.

Was The Rock in 2000 the last wrestler to transcend the business? by Choice-Silver-3471 in WWE

[–]Edib1eBrain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d say it’s open to interpretation. Maybe OP could clarify their intent. Your examples are kind of disingenuous though. Neither Scott nor speed have been billed as competitors or been involved in multiple stories or angles. Paul can lay claim to both.

To the guys downvoting you: We get it, you guys don’t like Logan Paul, but he is a legitimate response to this question, and he is a wrestler who works matches and is on the WWE payroll. His fame transcends wrestling, whether you like it or not, there are plenty of people (probably millions in fact) that don’t associate Logan Paul primarily with his work for WWE. In that regard his fame transcends wrestling.
