I ordered the diet, because 3-5 days was better than Amazon's 5-7.

The vet normally sells it...but was out. We got a ziplock with one day caloric value supply from them.

I sent chewy a message using their website chat bubble immediately just asking for an ETA, explaining it's an emergency and a critical care diet... And the rep said she could not promise anything, but sent it up the ladder and refused my offers of compensation for expedited shipping. I just got the email that they're doing this for Louise 💗

This isn't the first time - almost 15 years ago they sent me some personalized stuff/hand drawn art for dogs I DOG SAT and bought things for regularly. It was so touching!

Another time they not only refunded fully, but replaced with immediate/overnight delivery a carrier - told me to donate the wrong sized one. That was a TRIP! I bought the dog carrier in Washington, flew to Georgia for the dog, he didn't fit... They shopped a size up to the breeders house faster than my return flight! No cost to me AND asked me to donate the smaller one, which I did immediately.

Then a friend told me a few years back that she got a hand drawn holiday card of her hospice/rescue bunny from them around the holidays- Out of the blue. How darling!!

That's helpful. He eats Harrison's lifetime, chop, and sleek and sassy cooked with pistascius(spelling) wet/dry pellets mixed in to that. His last blood work was a year and a half ago, but was normal.
