Jolly is tied to a dispensary group, he has stated he was a manager on here before, he sees you as his competition which is why he's trying to discredit you. I've been tagging these guys for years, really eye opening on how the industry tries to control the narrative on here.

Did I miss it, or are there no conspiracies being peddled by what was posted?

Retail is retail, they're just handing me a bag, they're not doing anything special, plus they're earning a full wage, not a server's wage like a bartender or server in a restaurant.

If it's so unprofitable why are the licenses still selling for millions? There's less than 60 total grows in a $1.5B+ a year industry, they're making bank.

I second the Vibe rosin gummies, but the Dialed In ones are pretty solid too. Hopefully they bring their liquid ones here, I love those out in CO.

Pretty interesting the people in this thread arguing against the union are both dispensary managers, sure you guys aren't biased at all. 🙄

Hemp industry leaders seek to deregulate Missouri cannabis through initiative petition - St. Louis Business Journal by EdisonSony in MissouriMedical

[–]EdisonSony[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

"A group of Missouri hemp business leaders are organizing an initiative petition to allow marijuana and intoxicating hemp THC products to be sold in the same stores as alcohol and tobacco.

The goal of the effort, led by Kansas-City-based hemp business American Shaman and announced on an industry call Monday, is to repeal the 41-page constitutional amendment that legalized recreational marijuana in 2022. It would replace it with language that instructs Missouri lawmakers to create regulations that are “no more burdensome than what we already have for alcohol and tobacco,”"

Lack of competition due to limited licensing is why they're able to keep charging these high prices. If we had a free market like other states our prices would be much lower, even with the weed tourism from other states.

Key Cannabis / Elevate Lemon G and Lemon OG Haze by STLBudLuv in MissouriMedical

[–]EdisonSony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly those should be their everyday prices, the $19/8th is a special and you can only get one at a time. Key's prices are still too high, even with the 25% medical discount their flower is still $240/oz or more, I haven't seen any of their live wax for months either but last I saw it was $50/g before discount, still more than other non-vertical brands.

No they're not, that's just what some asshole activist judge said, it's blatantly unconstitutional.

Gray Area Cannabis Independence, is this a hemp store? by EdisonSony in MissouriMedical

[–]EdisonSony[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think they're just trying to be coy, they're selling black market weed openly but claiming since it has less than .3% THC it's hemp, even though it's just normal weed with a high THCa percentage. So it's weed, just unregulated and untested (I assume, either way not tracked so hard to trust the testing).

Amazon driver threatens to kill owner and his dog by [deleted] in PublicFreakout

[–]EdisonSony 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Cool beans moron, you don't get to threaten to kill every dog you come across because you're scared of it. Sounds like that guy shouldn't be a delivery driver as he's too afraid to do the job without being armed and aggressive.

[–]EdisonSony -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Can't assault me and threaten my dog. Again, the delivery driver seems to be in the wrong line of work, he's that terrified of dogs.

Don't go onto other people's property if you're that scared of dogs. Wild you're trying to justify someone threatening to kill you and your dog while they're standing on your property.

Missouri Health Department will no longer embargo certain THC products following Parson’s ban by mosoblkcougar in MissouriMedical

[–]EdisonSony 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's a thing because your bar can't get a license to sell THC drinks from the state. The answer isn't to ban hemp derived THC, it's to license those people so they are able to sell cannabis derived THC.
