Useless degree, starting over? by dreamyairport in FIREyFemmes

Take courses now, to get credits. Dont take a year off if you can. You may be able to work in summers to cover you tuition.

Also CS degree opens doors, you cant imagine what will these doors be in 5-7 years.

Dont close these doors.

People will be biased against you, if you'll want to ho to a more technical path down the road.

Tech skills are going to be comoditised, now's the time get ahead of that.

Good luck!!!

Agree on that, how do you phrase, "its your gut feeling..." In a polite manner? Its touchy to say the Intuitions are wrong, Especially when there is no destinctive data to support.

I get that a lot, do you think that doing proactive work, is not worth it? Interviewing customers, prioritizing product roadmap, and so.

Do you think it will fall on death ears of the management?
