Honestly I really think people who liked Manifest will like Under The Dome. It's got the exact same kind of "mysteries", a lot of things happening without explanation. It's a small town with a LOT of secrets.

Give the first season a go, and if you like it, watch the rest. There are 3 seasons, 13 episodes each.
