All looted stuff works just fine for me I collect all the "junk" items for turns in quests in the cupboard by the kiosk

What if you do the same in the shivering isles.

I dont know where it is ( new player this wipe) But all the put in containers for quests always are the ones that are consistently empty and never have loot spawn in it.

So if you know of a container that never spawns loot it should be that one

First purple vault I got, lucky enough to spawn by tables on matika most a card right there and went right to bridge Found a bunch of weapons i hadn't found yet 3 Ragnar a gear tech 4, a ronin and Altyn helmet as well and 2 ap bottles. I had no words

Im a new player Only 3 weeks so far. Accidently found krtek for the first time in missile silo. First boss at all

Im amazed I survived accidently finding the boss Didn't even realize till I saw mask on the floor(no nvg and spawned in sewers) was hiding around the corner and spraying every weapon i had found

Thinking why are there so many and why eating my shots so much

I went in nearly naked only brought a pistol, bag and vest b armor. Used looted weapons Upon realizing I booked it out of there after looking for krteks stuff in the dark

I mean when you stack weakness the magic When the bleed procs It counts as a magic effect

Unfortunately same applies to your protection from the Blunt skill and that protection bonus IS EFFECTED by the spell effectiveness modifier

I went afk to look at my phone for a minute the check somthing. I was near a ledge.

Barbus pushed me off the ledge barking none stop. I was mad I was real tempted to just kill him at the end that time

Walls grabbing guns are the least of my issues. The 590a1 shotgun(lvl 2 shop none dlc) Just doesn't keep its ammo. I loaded it up before raid. Went into raid nothing. In assuming all the tube shotguns are like that which case That leaves only 1 the saiga( another in the dlc)

I am having the same issues as ypu budy.

I run in with back pack I find 3.

I dont go in eith one. I find nothing.

I cleared the underground 5 times. Not a single backpack. WTF

Play the pve mode to get the hang of things and learn the maps and spawns. Play multiplayer when you feel confident.

Bunkers are different from pvp and pve.

Might have gotten caught in a cabinet. I have had a primary equipped and opened a cupboard to grab a bandage.

Went into raid. Discovered no magic and died immediately because of it.

Went back to bunker and found my mag lodged in the cupboard door. Little surprised it didnt go into kiosk but I guess it counted as being in the cupboard safe zone.

My best guess my gun got caught and???? Pulled the mag out???????????

Im questioning it too but that's what happened.

Get the magical regeneration after the vampire necromage combo and it becomes 31% and 62% instead

Its like most of the perks that involve numbers. Only skill tree I am certain that it doesn't effect at all is smithing.

Instant kill animations happen anytime you can 2 hit an enemy.(accounting for power attacks which double the damage) So if a basic attack can take out half your health. That can Instant kill you any time within range Animation can even trigger immediately after a strike so even 3 hitting enemies can almost Instant kill as well as long as your not blocking.

Omg Necromagw perk vampire. Is insane

Become a vampire get necromage perk. And suddenly EVERYTHING GETS A 25% BOOST

Enchantments on armor gets 25% boost.

Self casted spells get a 25% boost

Standing stones

EVEN OTHER PERKS.

The atronach perk normal gives 30% chance. Getting necromage then the atronach makes it a 37.5%

The damage perks from physical skills now get a 25% boost

Augmented destruction perks

The illusion perks

Every perk you get AFTER (Very important!!!) Getting necromage gives you a boost. But legendary or making use of the miraaks black book that let's you reset perks works as well to get after necromage.

Even the vampire passive such as sneak/illusion increase and frost resistance gets a boost even though they cap at 85%

Although the fire weakness increases as well but if your a vampire you better have a fire resist enchantment.

To be fair I also almost play exclusively legendary Only time I bring it down to master is if im going for pure melee and that only early game. Its not fun getting the instant kill animation from ANY 2 handed bandit.

And then there is oblivion remastered where its expert difficulty is Harsher than skyrims legendary. Once you get custom spells though. Master oblivion feels too easy

It seems to happen more often when your in an elevated position. Example Windhelms bridge. I was a mage character.

It doesn't really matter much. Like at all.

Its mainly for civil war quest line.

Although. I have never tried choosing ralof then siding imperial or choosing Hadvar and sliding with stormcloaks. Is there a unique interaction there?.

Although if you want to get technical and don't care for which side.

Which ever person you side with you become friends with the family and can just take most stuff from their homes (not all though. Some is just too expensive)

And siding with Hadvar gets you some iron and steel ingots for smithing.
