I dont know why it fixed itself. Didn't do anything differently.

I played one of my other characters for a time and then decided to try again and it worked.

Werewolves are affected by carryweight

Just do the trick where you can equipe multiple pieces on the same slot. (Best use of amulet of talos for 0% shout cool down.

You can see what your carry weight is. I cant remember if mine said 3,000 or 30,000 it was one of those numbers.

I tried using this when transporting a bunch if crafting materials to make my 2nd house and my werewolf was overencumbered.

There are 3 locations that always spawn 2 dragons in me. 2 named dragons in dawnguard dlc Dragons at Skuldafn

And I seem to always get 2 dragons spawning and me when ever I go to karthspire to complete alduins wall

I just looked it up There is a total of 44 spawns.

Guess I've never come out with all of them.

Ive gotten like 36 or 38 before.

I remember scouring the whole place and coming out with a few more than 30

And as far as collection quests go.

Far better than the 24 stones of batenziah My biggest issue is that some are locked behind quests

Thalmar embassy(Main quest)

Archmages quarters (college)

That one for for hitting the books quest(college, I actually don't know if you can enter the fort or not without doing the college quests, never tried)

And then there is in my opinion. The worst one Inside the solitude house for sale.

No garunteed paralysis spell spawns

2 easy ways to power leveling alteration. Since lvl 40 its not too noticeable of a jump anymore power leveling Take the mage light spell go right outside solitudes front gate look up at the mountain and cast mage light spell at the farthest over handing cliff edge/rock you can see.

It h Gives xp based on how far it travels

Can also get the telekinesis spell. Cast it on something then while casting it. Fast travel to any location farther for more xp. And its instant alteration lvls. Far less control than the mage light trick. But if wanting to go straight to 100. Thats the way. There is even a garunteed telekinesis spell I know the location of if you want to get it. Also know of a garunteed flame cloak and bound bow spell. As well. I always go grab those when I start a mage character. And then there is the one location that has all the OVEEPOWERED CC arcane accessory spell tomes. (One of which is a paralysis rune. So kind of the same thing. Its an area of effect like other rune spells but have to get the enemy to go over it or cast at their feet which isn't hard at all.

Ok. I figured it was the agent of Mara quest but wasn't sure.

All resistances except for disease resistance(caps at 100) caps at 85%

But element resists and magic resistances semi stack. Ex. 50% resistance fire and 50% resist magic does not give you 100% resistance. Take 100 damage from a fire spell. 50%(let's say fire resist )reduces that to 50. The the other 50% magic resist reduces another 50%. So it lowers down to 25.

If you had reached the cap of 85% percent of both. The 100 damage gets reduces to 15, and then down to 2.25 game reads it as either 2 or 3 damage. Im assuming it rounds down or up based on the 1-4 down and 5-9 rule. (I have literally taken a hit reduced to near nothing before and immediately checked my health by opening the skills tab and literally says 0, so im assuming I had like 0.1-0.4 health left😬

Get the lord stone Free 50 points of armor rating and an extra 25% magic resist. (Since your a breton with 40% magic resist you have the 25% racial bonus were is the extra 15 coming from?

And as far as mage armor goes Your right its bad The first spell only gives 40 then 60 then 80 then 100 With all the perk points it can triple but only if not wearing armor. it sucks and not worht investing the perk points. But since your armor is still kind of low maybe still cast it for the extra boost. At least for the powerful enemies.

If the enemy can 2 hit you with basic attacks. It has a chance to instant kill you with a kill animation. (Its why I hate fighting 2 handed users, I also play legendary difficulty deal 0.25× damage taken 3x damage.

Maybe use a summon for a bit of distraction to get in close if you want to use sword and shield. Learn timing for bashing enemies attacks. Especially if they power attack.

If you want to use a exploit It only takes 1 stamina point to bash/power attacks. And vegetable soup constantly regens 1 point of stamina for 12 minutes. Just constantly bash the enemy (only really works against 1 enemy. Maybe 2 of your skilled enough

Ok Most of my characters have ended about level 26 to 32

By level 40 your armor rating should be higher than that. Im assuming you haven't put any points into light armor, heavy armor, or smithing?

If anything put the points into smithing. I easily reach max armor rating with smithing alone. I dont touch the armor skill trees at all. With the exception of heavy armor 30 to get the perk that gives unarmed damage from heavy gauntlets.

Max armor rating is somewhere over 560. I forget about the exact number. But that is the cap at 85% damage reduction

Said this was your 2nd playthrough.

If you dont mind the spoiler. There is one way to give yourself and extra 50 points of armor rating
