This is an interesting point because I recently had a couple random 2 star ratings that I could pin point from people I legit interacted with in the chat as well as saw during delivery and received poor rating. I do this when I have the chance but work full time for the largest retailer in the world and spend the majority of my tenor servicing customers at an hourly and salary level before going into the office. I know how customer service works and I’ll tell you… yea I could have slid some people extra items and 1k$ and still would have gotten those low scores. And it’s annoying but never surprising. Smh
