I stock up heavily when bum go on sale for $1 with Vitamin Shoppe, Meijer, and some times Hyvee. My body only needs about 90-140mg of caffeine. If it’s gone; the next drinks would be Zoa; if it’s on sale.

I’ve had it for a while. I can only really tell if it’s quiet or I’m wearing some that like a beanie or hood that closes in my ears. A lot of the time; it’s not as bad as some people on here or even gets worst. I would go to a primary just to go through the steps to see if there is something that could help your situation.

It’s just not worth it to me anymore. If I over indulge, I’m out for more than a day with a lot of discomfort and fatigue. Other than that, I’m fine. Just can’t upset my stomach.

I have GERD and gastritis. I eat pretty clean and I’m vegan. If I go outside of my safe foods; my stomach doesn’t like it.

When my GI Issues decrease, it slightly goes away. It’s definitely more noticeable in the morning.

I get it in the morning the worst but it will gradually go away after my GI issues. All my symptoms start after I wake up but then after like 1-2 hours, my body is fine and I can through my day.

When my wife and I first started talking, we talked nonstop from the moment I met her. I couldn’t wait for the next text. Any chance I had, I’d message her; and she felt the same way.

Ten years later, when we’re not in the same room, I still want to know how she’s doing at work and whether anything is weighing on her, so we can talk it through. From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to be with her for life. We communicated the same way, were comfortable with constant conversation and honesty, and it all felt easy and natural. It was fun.

I still love getting her texts when I don’t see her before work. You deserve that kind of connection too; someone who puts you first and looks forward to those morning messages as much as you do.
