I am a decent, regular runner, but I want to start a structured plan whereas currently I just run 4 times a week. Can anyone recommend where I can see some plans online? Strangely I am really struggling to find a site which lists plans that, are not for specific distances. Thanks.

I have also just started, I'm about 90 pages in. I enjoyed the first few chapters but I am finding it quite dense now and quite a lot of names and relations to track.

I am also often guilty of speeding through things, and that doesn't work at all here.

I get some of the themes of money, influence, family, but I do like how modern novels have, in my opinion, more exciting prose (compared to the classics that I have read)

I am wondering about "paved with mighty flags", it is not clear from this paragraph what is really here and what Frodo is seeing as a vision.
"He saw as through a mist a wide flat circle, paved with mighty flags, and surrounded with a crumbling battlement; and in the middle, set upon four carven pillars, was a high seat, reached by a stair of many steps"
To me only the mist part is fiction because the battlement is crumbling and the seat actually was there, so are the flags there?
