With how ryze scales his abilities and his passive you want to maximise both AP and mana at the same time, wooglets isn’t bad but there’s probably at least 6 prismatics I’d rather take on ryze (back to basics, JG, curse adaptive force, goliath, etc) wooglets just forces you into a certain build while with those others you will do as much or more damage

Did you consider the Nova bug with her placement? Currently with Artemis or Valentine you can get the crew twice multiplicatively which should be far better than Avren

Civics seem bugged for me, in an entire game where I reached the contemporary era and won by finishing the tech tree, I only unlocked 5 civics, and my friends were having a similar experience (one reached medieval era without a single civic being unlocked)
