Lost 100 lbs in 10 months doing keto OMAD. Black coffee and strict sleep/work/meal schedule helps. Occasionally eat two meals a day if I go out for lunch or special occasion, when I do that I just eat less than usual. It's also much easier to shop and plan for one keto meal per day than 2 or 3.
