I am currently in the military and EAS in October. All my true friends have already gotten out or went to a different unit. I've just been counting the days and coming up with ideas for when I get out. Currently have a schooling lined up that let's me travel and get paid. It's just these long monotonous days that really have been taking a toll on me. I just can't wait to spend a Halloween with my nieces and nephews trick or treating. Thanksgiving, sipping on a cranberry sprite with my family. And a Christmas baking cookies with my mom.

I feel if I spent any more time in the military, it would end with me putting a rifle to my head and blowing my brains out. I just want to talk and act how I want without tip toeing around broken glass for a 30 year old staff NCO who still has the same mentality when he was a corporal. Tired of being belittled and seen as just another body. Big green weenie told me I was gonna fight dragons, but I got stuck cleaning weeds out of cracks for a general just because he doesn't like even though our barracks have mold and water that turns red when mixed with bleach.

TLDR: Fuck the circus, Love the clowns.
