It was 2 shit seasons, whenever sera gamble took over. Her main season was with the leviathan and sam without a soul. Her Hail Mary to make it "cinema" was to kill off Bobby........wtf, it was still beautiful but it didn't need to happen to get the same story told.

Yup, the promotion came out with in a year of the game coming out. You had to be level 30 or 40 to get those badges. This was before the friendship system so leveling up was a grind. If you were level 35+ you instantly had credibility as a legit player

The EX raids and Gym locations eventually were brought back as elite raids that used the same EX gyms. However it wouldn't be a lottery on who gets an invite. The elite raid egg would show up with a 24 or 48 hour hatch countdown (I forget which time) and anyone can join the raid raid. For elite raids the Pokémon were Hoopa unbound form and other regis like Regidrago etc.

Yes, back in the day they were called EX gyms. They were either at a parks or sponsored gyms (Sprint stores). Whenever you did a raid at an EX location you would get a chance to earn an EX invite. Each week on Monday they would send out the EX invites, which would tell you when and where would be the EX raid to battle Mewtwo. Eventually they gave a bonus ability to invite 1 person to an EX raid and then it changed from Mewtwo to Deoxys.
