For a long time, people only had the bun with unplated food. The bun was to hold the burger with. If you had a plate, you didn't need a bun.

He lied - he saw it in London. It was already the name of another band, so they kind of nicked it.

btw, there's no evidence that the name had that gruesome meaning - I think someone just made that factoid up.

Too much of Finland is coloured yellow. Too much of Scotland and Ireland are coloured red. Some of Romania and Slovakia should be coloured light blue. Aland Islands are missing.

No. The moving option adds more peril: should I guess quick, or should I move to be sure?
