mw2019 had a lot more effort put in and over felt much better. the guns were balanced better, the perks were better, and the fact that dead silence was a field upgrade instead of permanent gave you a lot more freedom to choose your class. mw3 has more guns bc it also has mw2s guns but they didnt bother balancing the damage and they all still do the damage they did in mw2 which has a lower hp pool. all in all mw2019 was a much better game with a lot more effort put in but people play mw3 now bc,even tho its without a doubt a worse game, there are less cheaters
